Systems

At Taku our view on systems support is subtly different. We know that a great deal of ERP or CRM functionality is rendered pointless. They are too onerous to operate in the relatively unstructured environment of sales and marketing.

The correct systems support can however create a genuine step change in efficiency. Taku's systems are there to support the business process and present the right information to the right management forums. They are not there to automate sales and marketing activities or render redundant such vital forums as one on one reviews, team meetings and coaching sessions.
